The villa is one-story, has: three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary for cooking (oven, electric stove, kettle, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, dishes and cutlery, kitchen utensils), in the living room there is a large sofa and TV with Netflix, two bathrooms and an additional bathroom in the living room, a terrace in front of the villa with a sitting area and an additional roof terrace for sunbathing.
